Throughout his life, Spencer Schneider has always been passionate about health and fitness, playing sports as a kid and enjoying many outdoor activities like surfing, skateboarding, rugby, golf, snowboarding, and beyond. As he grew older, he knew he wanted to incorporate these concepts and activities into his professional career. He decided to develop his own fitness training program and facility where he could help others achieve their fitness goals and live healthy, active lifestyles.
Spencer Schneider Training offers programs and instruction for individuals at all levels and abilities of fitness from beginners, to enthusiasts, to major athletes and experts. At the training facility you will find access to experienced and qualified trainers as well as a wide variety of equipment and the latest technology to meet all of your health, fitness, meal prep, and nutrition needs.

Nothing but praise for Spencer. He is very passionate about his work and whether you want to learn to box or just get in shape, he is the man for the job.
Spencer’s meal prep service is great. He is very knowledgeable about healthy eating and great at preparing vegetable dishes that are delicious too. He formed his menu for me around my preferences, and has provided a large variety of healthy meals for me.
Spencer is a great trainer. He helped customize a workout plan that was perfect for my goals and motivated me to stick with it. He was always willing to work with my schedule and ensure I exercised using proper form and technique. Although I have not used his meal prep. services, he is very knowledgeable about healthy eating and has given me many recipes to use to help me with me fitness goals.
