Looking for your home away from home while pursuing your degree at Worcester Polytechnic Institute? Greg Lavelle of Worcester, MA and University Life offer students affordable and comfortable housing options so you can enjoy and fully embrace life on the WPI campus!
Seeking out housing for your first year of college can be overwhelming. If you’re unfamiliar with the area your campus in, things can get pretty hectic. If you’re entering your first semester at WPI, don’t worry! The City of Worcester welcomes you with open arms — and University Life welcomes you with open doors!
Guaranteed Housing for WPI Freshmen
University Life guarantees housing options on the WPI campus for full-time first year students. However, ULife is happy to work with upperclassmen in their search for on-campus housing.
At WPI, on-campus housing is required for all full-time, first-year students. The Institute made this decision for the benefit of their students; research has proven that living on campus in the first year of college enrichs a new student’s college experience by offering opportunities to connect with other students and fully immerse themselves in the benefits of on-campus academic resources and social activities. So why not enjoy where you live while boarding on campus? University Life’s philosophy is to offer WPI students a cozy home away from home!

Lots of sunlight, spacious two-bedroom apartment, very close walk to campus (7 minutes or so)! Responsive landlord and any issues were always resolved within a few days. Thanks!
Very clean and recently updated apartment. All appliances were in good condition and there was laundry and parking available (which is very nice during the winter parking bans). Greg was always helpful and responsive.
Greg was a very accommodating landlord when we had any issues with the apartment. He was available and timely whenever he was needed with any assistance. i recommend for off campus housing.
Greg Lavelle has always been very professional and responsive. I was very happy to live at one of his buildings and would highly recommend him and University Life for off campus housing at WPI.
