Stacey Slamka is an Acquisitions Specialist who has been buying, building and flipping affordable homes since 1998. Slamka entered the real estate industry as a key member of the Slamka Management team. Established with a clear goal in mind, Slamka Management was focused on increasing opportunities for affordable housing. From day one, Slamka and her team have been passionate about helping people buy homes. Many of their clients would not have otherwise been able to do so. This goal was achieved by implementing sustainable strategies developed by Slamka Management and designed to help homeowners afford their mortgage payments.
Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist Stacey Slamka assisted families in buying affordable new homes through a ranch rental program. This process entailed Slamka Management buying and flipping high ranch style homes for rent. In each home, the team built a bottom floor apartment. Once the apartment was complete and ready for living, Slamka and team would sell the home for the tenant on a no-money-down offer. This home included a rental, so that the homeowner could afford their mortgage with rent from tenants in the bottom floor apartment.

Stacey Slamka led Slamka Management from 1998 to 2015. She also stood as lead Acquisitions Specialist and Owner of Dads Home LLC from 2015 until 2023. As of 2025, Slamka works with Virgo Acquisitions Land Trust and She Builds (led by Leslie Laurie). Two decades on since entering the real estate acquisitions industry, Slamka continues to achieve her goal of buying, building and flipping affordable new homes.
