Art of Living Foundation hosts numerous online programs that focus on wellness. Led largely by volunteers, their programs focus on improving quality of life through the mind-body connection.
As of 2020, all Art of Living Foundation programs are hosted exclusively online. This makes the Foundation’s lessons accessible to just about anyone — no matter where they may be located!
Developed by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Art of Living Founder, and dedicated volunteers, the Foundation’s online programs blend traditional and tested approaches with modern techniques.
Emphasis on the mind-body connection is fundamental to Art of Living Foundation’s many online programs. It is the Foundation’s philosophy that when we calm the body, we strengthen the mind. This idea is seen across all Art of Living programs, which incorporate different forms of yoga and meditation practices. Online wellness programs currently being hosted by Art of Living Foundation include SKY Breath Meditation and Sahaj Samadhi Meditation.
Formerly known as the Happiness Program, SKY Breath Meditation is all about balance — both internal and external. Working from the inside out, this program focuses on eliminating stress in a sustainable manner. By practicing the techniques taught in the SKY program, participants are supplied with a time-tested tool that not only helps them boost their energy, but also feel alive!
Art of Living Foundation expresses that it all begins with acknowledging that you’re tired of being tired. If you feel like you simply have too much on your plate, SKY Breath Meditation may be the tactic you need to embrace in order to reevaluate and recharge. The primary focus of this Art of Living program is to achieve peace and calm in a way that will help you get more out of your night’s sleep. Once equipped with the guiding principles of this form of meditation, program participants often find that they’re able to rest in a way that is deeper than sleep.
