West Shore is a fully integrated real estate investment firm serving the Boston area.  The team specializes in real estate investment strategies that cater to the acquisition of multi-family properties.  West Shore currently maintains a portfolio of more than 45 multi-family properties, comprising over 14,000 units.  Although West Shore is a Boston-based real estate investment firm, they proudly manage a portfolio with assets across seven different states: Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Kentucky, Tennessee, Florida and Texas.  Thanks to a professional staff made up of friendly, helpful and good people, all assets managed and maintained by West Shore are clean facilities offering a welcoming environment for individuals and families to call “home.” 

Meet the West Shore Properties Team

West Shore Properties is led by President Lee E. Rosenthal, a seasoned multi-family properties portfolio manager.  Lee is seasoned in underwriting, analysis and execution of property acquisitions and brings his years of knowledge and experience to West Shore’s team.  Passionate about giving and supporting nonprofits, Rosenthal and the team have been active participants in philanthropic organizations such as ULI, REFA, NMHC and Combined Jewish Philanthropies.  West Shore’s President Lee is joined by a winning team of executives who make up the Real Estate Firm’s administrative faculty; including Steven P.
