  1. JD and the entire staff was EXTREMELY efficient, attentive and honest. He made my experience very enjoyable !!! I would definitely recommend your dealership to ALL my friends who want to purchase a VW.. I left very happy and satisfied.

  2. I did a lot of research and expressed to many dealerships that I wanted a low price but also a no-hassle, no “BS” approach to all this. This was one of maybe only 4 dealerships that offered that. In addition, Don actually gave me the lowest price knowing what I truly wanted. He was able to understand that I would be purchasing from the lowest offer and that’s what ultimately brought me in the door. Then, there was no backing away from that offer, which I really appreciated. In fact, he along with JD, even tried to get me closer to my desired price. Other dealerships would not even give me a quote over the phone without written proof of my actual lowest offer (implying that I was making it up). Those dealerships were very quick to call me repeatedly to follow-up after I bought the car from your dealership. Of course, I told them that I was not joking when I said the lowest offer will get my sale. The whole team (Don and JD) were so easy to deal with, so friendly, and made the whole process great! Thanks for that!
