As a sleep consultant, Robert Lindeman looks out for the well-being of others by ensuring they are getting the right type of sleep and the right amount of sleep they need to grow and survive as successful, happy, and healthy human beings.
Without enough sleep, our minds, bodies, and emotions become drained. We find ourselves easily irritated, less motivated, or unable to complete basic tasks we would normally have no trouble with.
These are all immediate, short term effects of lack of sleep that many people experience and do not think much about. However, lack of sleep can also have detrimental, long term effects on our overall health that everyone should be aware of. These long term effects include:
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Obesity and Weight Gain
- Acne and Accelerated Skin Aging
- Memory Loss
- Heart Disease
- And More
Throughout his career as a sleep consultant, Robert Lindeman has become a member and avid support of the following organizations:
- American Sleep Association (ASA)
- American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM)
- American Sleep Apnea Association (ASAA)
- National Sleep Foundation (NSF)
Sleep is so essential to our basic health needs. Do not let a sleep issue or sleep disorder go untreated. For more information about sleep disorders and healthy sleeping habits, contact Robert Lindeman today.
