Norberto is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Lunas Construction.  A family-owned business, Lunas Construction is family-oriented and operated.  As someone who credits his upbringing with fostering his strong leadership skills and ability to work as part of a team, Madrigal is passionate about keeping a family atmosphere at the forefront of his business.  As CEO of the waste management company, he takes pride in the work accomplished by Lunas Construction.  The team specializes in construction clean ups and recycling efforts.  

Personal Development

In his free time, Norberto Madrigal enjoys reading personal development books and attending personal development workshops.  As someone who is passionate about bettering himself both personally and professionally, Madrigal finds value in taking in the perspectives of others.  In the past, Madrigal has developed his own Spanish language speeches and presentations for personal development seminars in his local area.  In the future, he hopes to work as a Personal Development Coach on a freelance consultant basis.  Madrigal has benefited tremendously from the personal development content that he has embraced over the years.  He is fulfilled by the opportunity to shine light on his own personal and professional experiences for the benefit of other individuals.

Philanthropist

Norberto Madrigal is passionate about giving back to his community whenever he can.  Over the years, he has worked with numerous community organizations.  Madrigal has even been honored and recognized for his dedicated volunteerism in the community.  In the past, he has donated books to schools, clothes to a facility for women overcoming domestic violence and more.  Madrigal views giving back as a core part of who he is as a person.  It brings him great joy to be able to give back and help others.
