Nicole Brar is a fitness instructor from Los Angeles, CA. Inspired by the increasing popularity of home workouts, Nicole has created her own unique take on health and fitness: VR fitness training.
At the start of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, Nicole Brar found herself in a position many other fitness enthusiasts were faced with. That is, of course, the dreaded closing of local gyms and fitness centers, due to safety concerns and CDC regulations. This wreaked havoc across the community of health focused individuals who rely on their daily workout as part of their health and fitness routines. Everyone, including Nicole, had to get creative with home workouts. But building a home gym or fitness center in your own space isn’t always the easiest thing in the world. And even after you’ve equipped yourself with the latest workout gear and devices, it’s easy to lose motivation when you grow bored with the same old repetitive routine. That’s why Nicole decided to create her own fitness training program that could reach people no matter where they are. Because she truly believes that when you make your workouts more interesting, it’s so much easier to achieve your health goals!
Virtual Reality Fitness Training
Nicole Brar established her own freelance VR fitness training program in 2020 with the intention of helping people keep their home workouts fun and productive. Today, the program has expanded into the fitness trainer’s way of being able to offer a full suite of training services. This includes nutrition counseling, home gym design consulting, workout instruction and yoga lessons. Currently, Nicole is working on launching a project that will offer consultations on how to create the perfect gym for your own space. Working one-on-one with her clients, she will be able to offer up ideas on how to make best use of available space with equipment that meets a specific budget. She looks forward to sharing more about this program in the future!
