University of Arkansas
Nick Stauffer is a proud graduate of the University of Arkansas. Stauffer maintains both his BBA in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science. During his time at the University of Arkansas, Stauffer was an active member of the campus community. He participated in numerous student-led organizations and maintained leadership positions in various committees. During his final years at the University, Stauffer was an active Resident Assistant (RA) on campus. In this role, he achieved numerous honors and accolades, including receiving recognition among his peers as a Senior of Significance in 2017. Stauffer also represented his school and his fellow RAs by taking on leadership roles for the National Residence Hall Honorary (NRHH), Resident Assistant Senate, Southwest Affiliate for College and University Residence Halls (SWACURH) and the National Affiliate for College and University Residence Hall (NACURH).
Additional Certifications
In addition to his Bachelor’s degrees from the University of Arkansas, Nick Stauffer also maintains an Instructional Design Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD). He has also completed an Innovative Customer Service Techniques credential as offered by LinkedIn and he is also Safe Zone Certified by United Latino Students Association.

Nick Stauffer is a Senior Training and Development Specialist at MacLean-Fogg Company.
Nick Stauffer previously worked as an HR PM. In this role, he was responsible for creating a variety of content and materials to add value to initiatives led by global HR leaders. He also led a COVID testing program in anticipation of the Global Leadership Meeting. In 2022, Stauffer was promoted to the role of Transformation PM. At this capacity, he was responsible for leading change management and training as well as creating and establishing communications strategy within the enterprise.
