Lewis Swezy professional entered the real estate realm as a salesman, broker and investor.  Swezy’s early career experiences in real estate introduced him to a serious problem in the market.  That problem is the severely unmet need for affordable housing opportunities.  Recognizing that he maintained the means and mentality to make a true difference, Swezy set his focus on affordable housing.  Uniquely qualified for the process, Swezy is not only a real estate investor and developer, but also an experienced professional in property management and construction.  Swezy maintains a General Contractor’s License.

Centennial Management Corporation and RS Construction work hand-in-hand to increase affordable housing opportunities.  To date, the venture has overseen development of nearly 4,000 apartment units, 800,000+ sq. ft. of warehouse space and 250,000+ sq. ft. of retail space.
