While Jean Graugnard’s passion for uncovering the stories of his ancestors stemmed from a desire to create a family tree, his interest in history started much earlier. Graugnard is an avid reader of Historical Fiction; particularly works that are committed to an elevated level of accuracy. He has read many Historical Fiction Short Stories based on true events in Georgia, Alabama, Memphis, TN and Jefferson Parish, LA. Graugnard maintains a large collection of Southern Historical Fiction focused on various time periods. Most recently, he finished reading One Mississippi by Mark Childress.
